Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize hot, warm, and cold leads to maximize conversion opportunities
• Coordinate scheduling between customers and sales representatives
• Monitor lead flow and adjust assignments to ensure balanced coverage and productivity
• Follow up on unsold estimates and open opportunities
• Communicate with field sales reps to ensure alignment on schedules and expectations
• Track activity, maintain accurate records, and support reporting needs
• Provide a high level of customer service through outbound and inbound communication

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Dispatch, Customer Services (inbound/outbound) or Sales Coordinator experience
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working in an in-office, phone-heavy role
• Flexible availability for assigned shifts and occasional weekends
• Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling tools
