Sales Consultant - Outdoor Living

About the role

Manage the full sales process from initial contact to contract, conduct in-home consultations and site visits, create 3D designs and renderings, develop budgets and proposals, present designs, guide client decisions, upsell additional products, handle permitting and documentation, track communication in CRM, collaborate with team members, and support showroom customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years in construction/remodeling sales
• 2+ years with design software
• Strong client presentation skills
• Understanding of pricing and margins
• Organized, detail-oriented, and team-focused
• Knowledge of concrete, stonework, electrical, plumbing, irrigation, and drainage is preferred

Pay

Full-time position with a base salary of $50k–$60k plus $20k–$40k+ performance bonus based on sales and profit goals. Opportunities for performance-driven earnings.
