About the role

Nucar Toyota of Norwood is seeking a full-time Automotive Sales Consultant / Auto Sales Representative. The position offers a salary range of $65,000-$125,000/year, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) with company contribution, paid holidays, sick leave, vacation, life insurance, and training.

Responsibilities

• Sell and lease new and used vehicles
• Greet customers entering the dealership showroom or lot
• Explain vehicle features and benefits, as well as financing and leasing options
• Listen actively and solve problems to meet customer needs
• Prepare and submit all necessary paperwork correctly
• Follow up with prospects consistently
• Stay updated on vehicle and industry knowledge
• Meet and exceed sales targets for gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Acceptable driving record
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to quickly learn and remember relevant auto sales laws
• Understanding of equity, values, and depreciation
• Strong sales abilities
