Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicle options
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits
- Assist customers through the sales process, including financing and paperwork
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay informed about current promotions and inventory
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Motivated by performance-based pay and goal achievement
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- No prior automotive sales experience required; training provided
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
