Car Sales Consultant
About the role
As a Car Sales Consultant, you will be the vital link between the car and the customer ensuring the customers experience The Sweetest Way To Buy or Sell Your Car™. Responding to sales leads and customer inquiries, you'll provide the info customers need through video, text, and phone calls, in order for the customer to make the decision to buy a car.
Responsibilities
- Respond to sales leads and customer inquiries
- Provide customers with the information they need through various communication channels
- Ensure customers have a positive experience buying or selling a car
- Work closely with the team to achieve sales goals
Requirements
- 1 year auto experience preferred
- A enthusiastic attitude with high energy throughout the workday
- A great communicator with customers and team members
- An entrepreneurial and ambitious spirit
- A High School Diploma or equivalent, required
- A clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Sales experience required
