Car Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Follow up with leads and customer inquiries
• Utilize CRM tools to manage customer communications
• Work with finance and management teams to complete sales transactions
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish

Requirements

• Sales experience preferred (automotive, retail, or other high-performance sales environments), but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Pay

$60,000–$150,000+ per year. Top performers have the opportunity to earn well into six figures through commissions, bonuses, and incentives.
