Sales Consultant - Heathrow T3

About the role

We are looking for a Part Time Sales Consultant to join our Heathrow team. The successful candidate will be required to work early shifts, 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Paul Smith sales ceremony: greet, discover, propose, close, and follow up.
• Build authentic relationships through curiosity and attentive listening.
• Bring collections and collaborations to life through engaging storytelling.
• Create memorable, above-and-beyond experiences that drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards and housekeeping.
• Use in-store technology confidently to enhance the client journey.
