About the role
The Cavender Auto Family is a dealership with 18+ locations across multiple cities, offering a wide range of vehicles and services. Confidence Ford is part of this family and is seeking a dedicated Sales Consultant to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers to identify their vehicle needs and guide them through the sales process
- Lead vehicle/car selection, test drive, personalization, financing, and paperwork
- Present high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new and used vehicles/cars
- Use customer relationship management (CRM) tool to track all customer interactions
- Present customer deal structure and additional finance products
- Follow up with customers and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Complete all ongoing training modules to stay updated on new vehicle products, features, accessories, etc.
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards
- Arrange for delivery and registration of vehicle
- Engage in business development, contacting prospects and clients via phone and email
Requirements
- Strong communications skills
- Strong record of positive customer service results with a customer-focused attitude
