About the role

As a Sales Associate, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers in-store and over the phone
• Processing sales using our point-of-sale system
• Preparing and processing flowers
• Creating beautiful planters, wrapped bouquets, and gift baskets
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with a positive and friendly demeanor
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with computers and point-of-sale systems
• Passion for flowers, plants, and gardening
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Schedule

This is a four day a week position with hours being 8:30am‑5:30pm, and more hours around holidays (i.e. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas). Saturdays are required.
