Responsibilities

• Community Outreach: meeting homeowners in person to offer free roof inspections.
• Helping Neighbors: assisting homeowners navigate insurance to get their homes fixed.
• Managing Projects: acting as the face of the company from the first handshake to the final shingle.

Requirements

• The Grit: competitive, self‑motivated, and not afraid to talk to new people.
• The Wheels: need a pickup truck (or ability to get one within 60 days).
• The Heights: comfortable climbing a ladder and walking on a roof (safety first).
• The License: valid driver’s license required.
