About the role

This is a relationship-driven sales role where you will build and grow relationships with contractors, builders, and designers.

Responsibilities

  • Be the go-to resource for flooring, cabinets, and project materials
  • Proactively reach out to new trade pros and bring them into ProSource
  • Help clients quote, plan, and win projects
  • Partner with the showroom team to close deals and deliver great experiences
  • Keep your pipeline organized and moving (CRM)

Requirements

To be considered, you must have flooring experience.

Qualifications

Motivated by income and growing relationships, you are not afraid to go get business. You are organized and can manage multiple projects at once.

Skills

You are comfortable talking to contractors and business owners and understand (or can quickly learn) flooring, cabinets, or remodeling products.

$50k-$52K, First year total comp $70k+
