Responsibilities
- Welcome, greet, and assist clients in a customer-oriented manner.
- Introduce the client to a Client Advisor, explaining the nature of the visit and providing pertinent information about the client’s primary needs.
- Obtain and record information about each client interaction using the center CRM.
- Assist with tracking sales calls, numbers of ups, prospect data sheets, or other records.
- Support the Sales Department in developing new business and leads through focused marketing efforts, including portfolio relationship management, internet lead management, network affiliations, and telemarketing.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for all products and services of the BMW franchise and maintain knowledge of BMW product features and benefits.
- Manage client portfolios to ensure customers understand the lease-end process and drive client appointments.
- Answer incoming calls and inquiries, directing calls to appropriate personnel.
- Perform outbound sales calls to generate sales opportunities.
- Contact unsold showroom traffic and conduct other phone follow-up work.
- Assist customers in conversations in a pleasant and helpful manner to increase satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide premium customer experiences and the highest level of customer care.
- Perform basic administrative and other duties as assigned.
- Provide support to service staff and managers as needed.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a dealership.
- Experience with automotive industry CRM tools and other software.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
- Administrative support and/or telephone experience.
- Sales or other customer support background.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate and complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Pass a 7-year criminal background check and drug screen.
