Responsibilities

  • Welcome, greet, and assist clients in a customer-oriented manner.
  • Introduce the client to a Client Advisor, explaining the nature of the visit and providing pertinent information about the client’s primary needs.
  • Obtain and record information about each client interaction using the center CRM.
  • Assist with tracking sales calls, numbers of ups, prospect data sheets, or other records.
  • Support the Sales Department in developing new business and leads through focused marketing efforts, including portfolio relationship management, internet lead management, network affiliations, and telemarketing.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm for all products and services of the BMW franchise and maintain knowledge of BMW product features and benefits.
  • Manage client portfolios to ensure customers understand the lease-end process and drive client appointments.
  • Answer incoming calls and inquiries, directing calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Perform outbound sales calls to generate sales opportunities.
  • Contact unsold showroom traffic and conduct other phone follow-up work.
  • Assist customers in conversations in a pleasant and helpful manner to increase satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide premium customer experiences and the highest level of customer care.
  • Perform basic administrative and other duties as assigned.
  • Provide support to service staff and managers as needed.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a dealership.
  • Experience with automotive industry CRM tools and other software.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
  • Administrative support and/or telephone experience.
  • Sales or other customer support background.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate and complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Pass a 7-year criminal background check and drug screen.
