Sales Assistant

About the role
This on-site, 5-day-per-week position supports the sales office of one of our luxury home communities in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Sales Assistant plays a key role in delivering a luxury customer experience from first visit through move-in, serving as a customer contact point and providing administrative support to the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for the sales team.
- Monitor community and model home appearance to meet company standards.
- Use core applications such as Salesforce, Pivotal, Microsoft Office, and E1.
- Prepare real-estate documents (exhibits, diagrams, endorsements, mortgage paperwork) through the corporate workflow.
- Track and update community sales reports, dashboards, contact reports, scorecards, and standards of excellence.
- Assist in the mortgage process: ensure buyers apply with TBI Mortgage, receive commitment letters, and coordinate with lenders to keep loans on track; provide documentation and comps to appraisers.
- Stock homeowner Tiffany closing gifts, model supplies, and other community materials.
- Greet and assist customers visiting the sales center.
- Demonstrate model homes and present community/floorplan features (without discussing pricing where licensing is required).
- Schedule post-sale contract appointments and facilitate customer visits before and during the buying process.
- Support weekly communication with post-sale customers and provide updates on build status, including construction photos.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (required).
- 1+ years of sales or administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent planning, organization, communication, and administrative skills.
- Weekend availability where needed.

- Customer-service orientation with a positive demeanor to build rapport and trust.
- Collaborative team player able to work with internal partners across departments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with clear, concise articulation.
- Technical savvy and keen attention to detail.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Experience with CRM software (preferred).
