Sales Assistant

About the role

Join Tilson Homes as a Sales Assistant in Boerne and play a vital role in helping customers build their dream homes. You’ll work alongside our sales team to provide exceptional service and support throughout the homebuilding process.

Responsibilities

• Engage and welcome potential customers at our Design Center.
• Provide guidance and answer inquiries about customization options.
• Maintain the Design Center and models in top condition, representing our business professionally.
• Address and resolve customer concerns respectfully.
• Maintain accurate and current customer information for the sales team.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure prompt construction start times.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred).
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual ability is a plus but not required.

Pay

$20.00 to $22.00 an hour, depending on experience.
