You’ll connect with warm leads who have already shown interest in a Jacuzzi® shower or bath remodel, build trust, and help them take the next step.

Responsibilities

• Connect with and follow up with warm leads
• Build rapport and understand homeowner needs
• Answer questions and handle objections
• Schedule appointments for our sales team
• Work toward individual and team goals

Qualifications

• Confident and comfortable talking with people
• Motivated by goals and earning potential
• Dependable, competitive, and coachable
• Someone who takes pride in working hard and getting results
• Ready to learn and grow in a performance-based environment

Schedule

• Monday–Friday | 11:30 AM–8:00 PM
• Saturday–Wednesday | 10:00 AM–6:30 PM
• Thursday–Monday | 9:00 AM–5:30 PM

Starts onsite in Byron Center with potential hybrid/remote flexibility after 90 days based on training completion and KPI performance.

Pay & Growth

• Hourly base + uncapped bonuses
• Typical earnings of $50,000–$70,000/year
• Performance-based raise eligibility after 90 days and annually
