Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive knowledge of products and services offered by AAA Northeast.
• Promote membership, upgrades, auto-renewal, and digital membership through technology and product knowledge.
• Maintain department standards by servicing members in-person and over-the-phone, and supporting club partnerships.
• In select locations: provide registry services, handle confidential documents, input information into databases and systems, and process applications and forms.
• Deliver accurate and timely information to members regarding club products/services.
• Consistently meet and/or exceed minimum member satisfaction scores and other related position-related goals.
• Educate members of all benefits and KPI's while maintaining a positive member experience.
• Keep up to date on all promotions and initiatives in the branch.
• Act as a liaison with other departments to coordinate and gather appropriate information for the member or department issues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service with a focus in sales.
• Satisfy state-specific and federal background checks during pre and post-hiring.
• Meet individual state requirements to perform registry & TSA services.
• Able to meet department policies, procedures, and practices within scope of authority, including adhering to all club/department safety protocols.
