Join Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale as our Sales & Marketing System Analyst, where you'll play a key role in supporting the systems, reporting, and processes that drive our Sales & Marketing operation.

What You Will Do

• Serve as the property expert for Amadeus Sales & Catering (Delphi), maintaining system configuration, user access, data integrity, and adherence to corporate standards.
• Generate and analyze key sales, catering, forecasting, production, and operational reports to support business decisions and departmental performance.
• Manage group business documentation, including contracts, amendments, pick-up reports, attrition reporting, and event-related records, ensuring accuracy throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Provide training and ongoing support to colleagues on Sales & Catering systems, processes, and best practices to drive consistency and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with Sales, Catering, Revenue, Finance, Reservations, Banquets, and other operational teams to support client needs, streamline processes, and enhance overall business effectiveness.

What You Bring

• Previous administrative, office coordination, or housekeeping experience required; luxury hotel or resort experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible 6-8 hour shifts in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills required; bilingual Spanish skills are highly preferred.
• A positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude with the flexibility to work weekends and holidays as business demands require.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift and safely lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. as needed.

Schedule & Hours

Full Time
Available to work both AM and PM shifts (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM and 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM).
Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
