Role Overview: A Sales & Marketing Analyst responsible for managing and monitoring F&I products, supporting business growth, and ensuring competitive market positioning within the Consumer Financial Services division. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to execute cross-functional initiatives, analyze market environment, track performance metrics, support incentive strategies, and perform ad hoc analysis to inform sales strategies. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field; 3+ years in lending or financial services, with knowledge of consumer auto lending. Must possess strong quantitative, communication, and problem-solving skills, proficiency in MS Office and database querying, and the ability to interface with management.
