Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a multi-year sales and marketing growth strategy
- Establish revenue targets, KPIs, and performance dashboards
- Identify expansion opportunities across new markets, verticals, and geographies
- Provide executive leadership with actionable market intelligence and strategic recommendations
- Lead, mentor, and scale the Sales and Marketing teams
- Establish clear accountability structures and performance expectations
- Cultivate cross-functional collaboration with operations, estimating, and production teams
- Oversee pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and revenue tracking
- Develop and refine pricing strategies aligned with market conditions
- Analyze financial performance and adjust strategy as needed to achieve growth targets
- Lead brand positioning efforts to strengthen market presence
- Oversee annual marketing plans, budgets, and campaign strategies
- Ensure marketing initiatives directly support revenue objectives
- Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to maintain differentiation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of leadership experience in construction, manufacturing, or signage/branding industries
- Proven experience scaling revenue within a growth-oriented company
- Strong financial and forecasting acumen
- Demonstrated ability to build structure within expanding organizations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and modern sales technologies
