About the role

The Sales Analyst on the Front End Walmart Team enables the customer team with full analytical support for the Mars Wrigley business. This role creates, delivers, and maintains reporting and analysis to support revenue, growth, profit, product/assortment, placement/everyday shelving, merchandising, pricing, and promotions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2 years Business Analytics experience preferably in Sales, Category Management, Operations, and/or Finance
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Ability to travel 5% of the time

Qualifications (Preferred)

• MBA or advanced degree
• 3+ years Business Analytics experience preferably in Sales, Category Management, Operations, and/or Finance
• CPG industry experience
• Strong analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Create and produce reports to perform analytics that drive insights and actionable items for the customer team.
• Assemble analyses/reports from multiple data sources (Nielsen, Scintilla, DSRM, PowerBI) to track achievement, yield insights, and support customer solutions.
• Seek continuous improvements in processes to deliver data that leads to action for business growth, issue prevention, and decision-making.
• Develop expertise in leveraging available tools and processes.
• Establish processes for timely and effective analysis (routine and special) to support fact-based information needs of the customer team.
• Serve as a communication link between internal and external partners; represent the customer team at internal and customer meetings.
