Key Responsibilities
- Sell and educate customers on the diverse MISA Wine & Spirits portfolio across on-premise and off-premise accounts.
- Build, strengthen, and maintain productive customer relationships.
- Identify customer growth needs and develop tailored business growth plans for each account.
- Expand the account base, increase points of distribution, and pursue new market opportunities each week.
Product Knowledge, Planning, and Fulfillment
- Maintain strong knowledge of MISA products, procedures, and customer accounts.
- Forecast customer product needs and manage sales orders effectively.
- Support product procurement and fulfillment to meet customer expectations.
Training, Collaboration, and Professional Development
- Participate in sales meetings, on-site trainings, supplier market visits, and events.
- Commit to continuous learning in wine and spirits to support sales growth and customer outreach.
- Work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
- Demonstrate strong work ethic and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Two or more years of sales experience; wine and spirits sales experience preferred.
- Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to foster positive relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
