About the role
In Room Dining Sales agents are responsible for taking incoming orders, verifying room & guest information, and entering all pertinent info into POS. They are also responsible for giving estimated arrival time of food and relay any special requests to chefs and the service team. Additionally, they are responsible for recovering guests and alerting management when necessary.

Requirements
- Fluency in English communication, reading, and writing in a professional manner
- Second language a plus
- A minimum of one year work experience in a high-volume call center
- Previous Food & Beverage experience a plus
- The ability to work flexible schedule depending on business demands
- The ability to work efficiently and within a team environment
- Extensive knowledge of all services and attractions available in Las Vegas and at Wynn Las Vegas, including restaurants and shows
- Computer literacy, including MS Office & reservation software
Qualifications
The candidate must be a proper qualified resident of the cities of Everett, Malden, and Boston, Cambridge, Chelsea, Medford, and Somerville, in accordance with our host and surrounding community agreements.
