Responsibilities
- Engage in the PLACE New Agent Launch program to master lead generation and prospecting techniques
- Nurture and transform inbound sales leads into scheduled appointments
- ID and convert outbound sales prospects into confirmed appointments
- Absess leads to determine motivation and financial readiness, providing detailed information to real estate agents
- Maintain and update the database along with generating productivity reports
- Dedicate time to continuous learning and script refinement
- Develop expertise in the local real estate market
- Participate consistently in weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
- Record all activities and client interactions using PLACE Technology systems
Qualifications
- Outstanding ability to build rapport and thrive in people-focused environments
- Driven by a passion for sales and converting leads into clients
- Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple leads and maintain consistent follow-up
- Committed to collaboration and achieving team-based objectives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in telephone communication
- Prior proven sales experience with a track record of meeting quotas
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Quick learner with the aptitude to master and apply scripts
- Coeoperative team member
Compensation
$50,000 - $70,000 USD yearly
