Sales - Agency Contract Specialist I - III

About the role

Our Sales and Marketing department is currently seeking a candidate for an agency contract specialist to join our team. This role supports all aspects of agency contracts, including reviewing, analyzing, and processing new agreements and contract changes.

Responsibilities

• Supports all aspects of agency contracts, including reviewing, analyzing, and processing new agreements and contract changes.
• Part of a collaborative team where attention to detail and ability to navigate complex information are key to success.
• Processes new agency contracts and schedules new agency appointment visits.
• Analyzes contracts, including closings, to ensure compliance with regulatory and state requirements.
• Manages agency data using ACMS and Workbench.

Requirements

• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to develop positive working relationships with team members and agents while pursuing mutually beneficial solutions.
• Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• A desire to learn and expand your knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (required).

Skills

• Understanding of agency contract processes and requirements.
• Understanding of agency hierarchies.
• Familiarity with relevant internal and external systems and applications.
• General understanding of agency agreements.
• Ability to communicate effectively with agents, agency staff, and field representatives.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $21.65 - $25.00 hourly. The pay determination is based on the applicant's education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and individual performance.

Schedule

This position is based at our Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio.
