Responsibilities
- Aid government contracting officers with large and small purchase contract actions.
- Prepare for award and assist with administering various contracts and task orders.
- Review solicitation packages for completeness.
- Prepare Determination and Findings in accordance with the FAR.
- Research and provide statistical data to contracting officers.
- Research and prepare market research documentation.
Qualifications
- At least a bachelor’s degree with at least 24 hours of business credits.
- At least eight (8) years of related working experience demonstrating the ability to meet the required duties and responsibilities.
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Demonstrate familiarity with and ability to complete the duties listed above.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least eight (8) years of experience supporting the Federal Government in a contract-related field or assisting a Federal Government Contracting Officer as a contractor.
- Former Federal Contracting Officer – Series 1102 (GS13 or above).
- Previous Unified Financial Management System (UFMS) experience.
- Previous Federal Procurement Data System – Next Generation (FPDS-NG) Data Base experience.
