Responsibilities

• Sell wireless phones, accessories, service plans and service features.
• Provide outstanding customer service to new and existing customers.
• Troubleshoot and find solutions for customers.
• Help customers find Cricket products and services that best fit their needs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during and after the sale to create long term customer relationships.
• Complete operational duties accurately and within required time frames.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, energetic, and highly motivated.
• Strong background in retail sales.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a small team environment.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range: $14 - $16 per hour
