About the role
Warby Parker is searching for a well-rounded Sales Advisor to help deliver exceptional service to every customer. In this role, you’ll have a direct impact on the success of Warby Parker through customer interactions, process improvements, and special projects. You’ll showcase Warby Parker’s values and create a memorable glasses-shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Communicate Warby Parker’s values and brand philosophy on the sales floor
- Delight customers through exceptional service

- Reinvent retail and the glasses-shopping experience through creative ideas
- Anticipate the needs of your team and customers, and assist proactively

Pay
Warby Parker offers a comprehensive compensation package that includes a competitive base salary/hourly rate and variable compensation for eligible employees. The range listed is a good faith estimate at the time of posting. Final compensation is determined by qualifications, experience, internal equity, and relevant market data. Non-exempt employees are eligible for overtime pay if required to work more than 40 hours in a workweek.
