Responsibilities
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with the customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Offer support and solutions to customers following the company's customer service policies and guidelines, in a friendly and professional manner.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Travel to U.S. customer sites.
- Manage inventory physically and digitally.
- Customer administration support, order entry, etc.
- Work directly with the Midwest Regional Sales Manager.
- Manage customer programs onsite (VMI).
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer support experience.
- Effective telephone communication skills, with the ability to discuss and problem-solve situations that could arise with the customer.
- Achieve and maintain rapport with customers and work to give them the best possible service regularly.
- Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive and professional demeanor.
Qualifications
- Manufacturing accounting and inventory system experience is a plus!
