Responsibilities
- Aggressively Acquire New Accounts
- Maintain Existing Customer Accounts
- Respond Efficiently to Customer Inquiries
- Handle Physical and Digital Inventory Management
- Manage Customer Programs On-Site (e.g., Vendor Managed Inventory - VMI)
- Travel to Customer Sites Within the United States
Requirements
- At least 2 years of proven sales experience
- Strong telephone communication skills for discussing and resolving customer situations
- Build and maintain rapport with customers, ensuring exceptional service
- Multi-tasking, prioritization, and effective time management skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
- Strong attention to detail in all aspects of work
- Goal-driven and positive attitude
Qualifications
- Experience in distribution or fastener industry is a plus
