Responsibilities

  • Aggressively Acquire New Accounts
  • Maintain Existing Customer Accounts
  • Respond Efficiently to Customer Inquiries
  • Handle Physical and Digital Inventory Management
  • Manage Customer Programs On-Site (e.g., Vendor Managed Inventory - VMI)
  • Travel to Customer Sites Within the United States

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of proven sales experience
  • Strong telephone communication skills for discussing and resolving customer situations
  • Build and maintain rapport with customers, ensuring exceptional service
  • Multi-tasking, prioritization, and effective time management skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong attention to detail in all aspects of work
  • Goal-driven and positive attitude

Qualifications

  • Experience in distribution or fastener industry is a plus
