Description

You will responsible for hunting new business opportunities and lead generation within your target market and territory
Manage the process from interview through offer stage and close of sale
Manage your own portfolio of clients, both existing and new
Build close partnerships with clients and help their business grow by developing and delivering the best solutions for attracting candidates
Conduct interviews to thoroughly evaluate candidates
Contract negotiation with prospective clients

Profile

Prospecting/lead generation experience
Experience bringing in new logos
Closing business experience
Proven track record of consistently achieving quotas or objectives
Driven by a desire to achieve meaningful and measurable results, develop as a sales professional
BA/BS degree or equivalent
Adaptable, coachable and curious
