Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing new business across various states and territories
• Foster and blossom existing relationships and accounts
• Work directly with the leadership team to attain market share
• Determine areas and strategies for profitable business growth
• Collaborate with the sales management team to deliver the best service to customers
• Meets/exceeds sales targets on an ongoing basis
• Understand the needs of consumers and deliver value based on company services
• Negotiate contracts and ensure the process is documented from A–Z

Qualifications

• Previous sales / account management experience
• 3+ years of plastics / film extrusion experience
• Must reside in OR, or WA
• Ability to generate new business and develop long-term relationships
