Sales Account Manager, Hospitality & Residential (Dallas, TX)
About the role
We are seeking a Sales Account Manager to join the North America Field Sales team. This role supports our Hospitality & Residential segment, servicing partners across hotels, leisure clubs, cruise ships, and multi-residential buildings. The primary focus is on new business development and account management within the greater Dallas, TX area.
Responsibilities
- Visit potential and/or current partners daily, actively nurturing partner relationships
- Travel regularly through assigned regional territory (more than 50% of the time)
- Own the full sales cycle from outreach to close, with a key focus on in-person visits and thoughtful follow-ups
- Provide white glove customer service to current and potential partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Ensure local sales, profitability, and cash flow targets are achieved
- Develop business opportunities and exploit market potential
- Generate leads, profile customers, plan activities, and update the CRM
- Maintain and develop existing relationships and seek new opportunities
Requirements
- At least 3 years outbound field sales experience
- Proven experience meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with longer sales cycles and managing complex deals
- Experience in selling solutions and excellent consulting sales approach and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce, SAP, and PowerBI
- Excellent listening, communications, and presentation abilities
- Willingness to travel regularly within the broader assigned territory
- Valid US Driver's License and access to reliable transportation
Qualifications
- At least a degree in Business Administration, Sales, or equivalent work experience
- Industry knowledge and/or a strong professional network within the segment
- Positive and proactive mindset

- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and deal negotiations
