Responsibilities

• Oversee the successful execution of janitorial services for multiple locations
• Ensure client satisfaction and maintain operational efficiency
• Ensure all cleaning services are delivered on time, at the required quality standards, and within budget
• Supervise janitorial staff
• Manage supplies and equipment
• Work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met and any issues are resolved promptly
• Team leadership and resource management
• Client relations and communication
• Quality assurance and compliance
• Budgeting and cost control
• Scheduling and resource optimization
• Risk management and problem solving

Requirements

• Working supervisor role, organized with previous supervisory experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in janitorial services or facilities management, with at least 1-3 years in a supervisory role
• Bilingual is a must (English/Spanish strongly preferred)
• Valid state driver's license and personal transportation
• Available to work weekends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and safety protocols
• Ability to assess service quality and implement corrective actions when needed
• Experience in floor care preferred

Work Environment

• Work may take place in office buildings, schools, medical facilities, or commercial spaces
• May require evening, weekend, or holiday shifts depending on location needs
