Sales Account Manager - Combo Business/Customer Development

About the role

Ryder is seeking a Combo BDM/CDM to join our dynamic team. This role involves retaining and growing current customers, developing profitable new customer business, and meeting or exceeding assigned quotas for revenue and new accounts.

Responsibilities

• Educate and develop the customer's interest in Ryder services
• Educate and develop the prospect's value perception of Ryder services using the Ryder Sales Process
• Develop sales plans and analyze the profitability of accounts, understanding competitive influences and risks within each account
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent experience
• Five (5) years or more of consecutive Sales Excellence (quota achievement) in prior sales responsibilities

Pay

• Base Salary: $60,000 - $65,000
• Average Commission Year One: $30,000 - $45,000
• Average Commission Year Two: $45,000 - $70,000+
