Sales, Account Executive, eGaming - Virginia Beach, VA
About the role
Join Arrow International, the world’s leading maker of charitable gaming products—from pull tabs and bingo paper to cutting-edge electronic gaming systems. This Account Executive position is 80% new business and 20% maintaining existing business. You’ll be the ambassador for Arrow, helping customers succeed with our products, driving member engagement, and supporting their charitable missions.
Arrow designs its products and programs with “ease of use” in mind, ensuring they work seamlessly within volunteer-run organizations. Your role will focus on building long-term sustainability for customers while supporting their critical charitable goals.
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with local organizations, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Drive charitable revenue by developing and implementing creative promotional strategies to boost member engagement and fundraising.
- Conduct training programs to ensure compliant and transparent gaming operations at each organization.
- Establish trust with clients, exceeding their expectations through exceptional service.
- Collaborate with organizations to assist in adhering to proper reporting standards and gaming regulations, including performance analysis of gaming products.
Requirements
- Familiarity with veteran and fraternal organizations is a plus, but passion and drive are what matter most.
- Strong communication and listening skills, with a personality that makes clients feel valued.
- Ability to problem-solve independently and thrive without close supervision.
