Responsibilities
- Provide HSE support and leadership to and EPCM project at a client facility in Corpus Chrisi, TX.
- Serve as a business partner working with the HSE Director, HSE Manager, Project Manager, Construction Manager to lead HSE excellence and deliver a project ensuring no worker injuries or negative impacts to our client’s business continuity.
- Support BeyondZero performance that is inclusive of the Line of Business (LOB) vision and strategic plans as well as provide overall leadership, management and direction to the team and client assigned.
- Own and maintain open communication with the HSE Director and HSE Manager as well as peer HSE team members to provide technical resources guidance, to ensure alignment and to assure consistent implementation of HSE process tools that support project HSE strategic plans and objectives.
- Provide visible support and leadership to all client and stakeholders by providing interpretation, training, technical review and support, regulatory guidance and governance oversight to ensure alignment and consistent implementation of the Jacobs HSE program.
- Lead/support incident notification, investigation and reporting process, as well as facilitating injury management and return to work process.
- Develop review subcontractor hazard assessments and deliverables and participate as required in operational readiness reviews or other forums relevant to project success.
Requirements
- Associate degree or 2-3 years of relative HSE experience
- 1-2 years working experience in industrial /construction industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Teams, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
- “Fit for Duty”
- Possess a current U.S. driver’s license
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with team members at all levels of the organization
- Working knowledge of regulatory compliance and ability to interrupt and apply federal, state and local agency requirements

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $59,900.00 to $78,600.00.
Schedule
Onsite employees are expected to attend a Jacobs Workplace on a full-time basis, as required by the nature of their role.
