Safety Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement critical safety and compliance initiatives
• Manage injury prevention programs
• Oversee Hours of Service compliance
• Conduct accident and injury investigations
• Implement defensive driving and vehicle accident prevention strategies
• Report safety sensitive issues

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in the transportation/trucking industry with safety focus
• Thorough knowledge of both Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and OSHA workplace safety standards
• Proficient in Microsoft software programs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred

• Class A or B CDL
