Safety Specialist

About the Role

The Safety Specialist will be responsible for ensuring all required internal and external reporting obligations are met, including monthly reporting of site safety metrics. Through planning, leading, evaluating, and continuously improving the awareness and practice of safe construction methods, the specialist will strive to create a project environment encouraging a collaborative working spirit and an integrated project culture.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Construction Management, or other related field required. An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• At least one year experience in construction and/or industrial safety required.
• First aid and/or CPR certification preferred.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future.

Nice to Have

• Prior work experience, internship preferred but not required.

Pay

Anticipated hourly range: $66,000 to $93,000 annually. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
