Responsibilities
- Help protect people and property, guide visitors, monitor designated areas, and assist with screening or observation assignments (excludes arrests and patient restraint).
Requirements
- High-school diploma or equivalent.
- Related security, corrections, military, first‑responder or behavioral‑health experience and customer‑service experience preferred.
- Qualifying driver’s license preferred.
- AHA Healthcare Provider BLS and DPSST temporary or full unarmed certification required within 14 days.
- Full DPSST certification and Legacy de‑escalation training required within 120 days.
Pay
Base pay: $20.24–$28.93 per hour (non‑union). Differentials: evenings $2.50, nights $4.30, weekends $3.00 per hour.
Schedule
Benefitted part‑time position: 24 hours weekly (0.60 FTE); 12‑hour night shifts with variable days, weekends and holidays.
