- This associate role excludes arrests and patient restraint
Requirements
- High-school diploma or equivalent
- AHA Healthcare Provider BLS and DPSST temporary or full unarmed certification required within 14 days
- Full DPSST certification and Legacy de-escalation training required within 120 days
Skills
- Related security, corrections, military, first-responder or behavioral-health experience
- Customer-service experience
- Qualifying driver’s license
Pay
Base pay: $20.24–28.93 per hour; non-union.
Schedule
On-call; variable day/night schedule, weekends and holidays; 12-hour shifts. Minimum shift availability applies.
Benefits
- Evenings differential: $2.50 per hour
- Nights differential: $4.30 per hour
- Weekends differential: $3.00 per hour
- 10% on-call differential
