Safety & Reliability Engineer

About the Role

You will define safety requirements and perform FMEA and fault-tree analyses to ensure vehicle safety and reliability, while contributing to bespoke innovation for a high-end clientele and maintaining the safety and robustness of luxury vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Define safety requirements and perform FMEA and fault-tree analyses to ensure vehicle safety and reliability.
• Lead reliability modeling across complex electrical, mechanical, and software systems.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to drive safety validation and root-cause analysis.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with automotive safety standards.
• Contribute to bespoke innovation for a high-end clientele, maintaining the safety and robustness of luxury vehicles.

Requirements

• Experience in system safety, reliability engineering, or related fields, preferably within automotive or high-tech industries.
• Proficiency in FMEA, fault-tree analysis, and reliability modeling tools and techniques.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of automotive safety standards and quality assurance processes.
• Technical expertise in electrical, mechanical, and software systems integration.
