Your Role
The incumbent is responsible for improving equipment reliability and maintainability across the Pennsville site. The primary focus will be on analyzing equipment performance, identifying failure modes, and implementing sustainable solutions to reduce downtime and maintenance costs. This role will work closely with Maintenance, Engineering, Operations, and external vendors to drive reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.
Profile
- Develops and implements reliability strategies to improve equipment uptime and performance.
- Analyzes equipment failures using root cause analysis (RCA) and implements corrective and preventive actions.
- Leads and supports reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) and failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA) activities.
- Reviews and optimizes preventive and predictive maintenance (PM/PdM) programs.
- Maintains close communication with site and corporate engineering teams.
- Ensures proper documentation of maintenance strategies, procedures, and equipment history.
- Identifies opportunities for spare parts optimization and inventory reduction.
- Supports troubleshooting of critical equipment and systems across the facility.
- Works with vendors and contractors to improve equipment reliability and performance.
- Promotes best practices in maintenance and reliability across the site.
- Provides technical training and guidance to Maintenance and Operations personnel.
- Assists in the implementation and optimization of CMMS (e.g., Blue Mountain, MaintStar or SAP PM).
- Drives continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and efficiency.
Education and Experience
- BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related technical field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in maintenance, reliability engineering, or a related field in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with reliability tools such as RBM, RCA, FMEA, and RCM.
- Experience with CMMS systems.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing environments preferred.

Benefits
The salary for this role is anticipated to be between $83,000 - $110,000.
