Summary:
A Safety Engineering Intern is needed to assist with the training and controls of hazardous energy. Duties include reviewing hazardous energy sources, writing controlled documents, and developing training boards. The intern will also interface with internal and external teams to support project tasks.
- Assist with critical project tasks
- Working with internal software to document controls
- Review hazardous energy sources
- Create training boards of energy sources
Responsibilities:
- Working with internal software to document controls

- Interface with other members in the organization and external team members
Time Management:
Expected to manage tasks to meet completion times and dates.
Requirements:
Education: Preferred 1-3 years of Engineering, Safety, or Industrial Maintenance college experience
- Professional Mechanically Inclined
- Interpersonal Skills
- Self-Starter
- Process-Oriented
- Computer: MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Familiar with 3D and 2D modeling/drafting software
Qualifications:
Available to work part-time, onsite during the school year.
