Safety Coordinator
Serve as a key safety contact for customers, contractors, and regulatory agencies on job sites.
Conduct and document inspections and incident investigations in a timely and accurate manner.
Perform safety audits of work practices, housekeeping, equipment, and materials.
Track audit findings, inspections, and corrective actions to ensure timely closure.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable OSHA, EPA, COR, ISO, and other regulatory requirements.
Report safety concerns, risks, and non-compliance issues to Safety Management and Operations leadership.
Take immediate action to correct unsafe conditions or behaviors, including coaching personnel and isolating equipment when required.
Promote a strong safety culture through accountability, communication, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in safety or a related field or equivalent experience and certifications.
- At least 5 years of safety experience in the construction industry.
- Intermediate knowledge with Excel, safety recordkeeping, safety software, and training databases.
- Strong interpersonal communication and relational skills.
- CSP or CHST certification preferred.

What You Need To Join Our Team
