Safety Coordinator – EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) Corporate – Hybrid – Lenexa, KS (Kansas City)
About the Role
This role is an ideal opportunity for a highly organized professional to support our growing safety function—keeping training, compliance, and documentation running smoothly. As Experitec builds out a dedicated EHS function, the Safety Coordinator will own the administrative and tracking support (utilizing compliance platforms, training and certification records, drug testing coordination, and reporting) while working closely with the Field Safety Manager, who owns execution and outcomes in the field.
At Experitec, you won’t just be maintaining infrastructure—you’ll be an Employee Owner helping power a 100-year-old company’s next chapter. Our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) means you have a direct financial stake in the programs you advance. When Experitec wins, you win.
Join a collaborative team where your contributions will be valued, and support safety initiatives that keep Experitec running at its best. Leadership knows employees by name, development is treated as continuous growth, and work-life balance is real.

- Maintain safety policies, the SDS library, and emergency preparedness documentation so information is current and accessible.
- Monitor Experitec's fleet management system—location, speed, and camera-based event data—on a set cadence, tracking trends and preparing regular reports for leadership.
- Administer the Safety Committee and support office/site walkthrough tracking, in partnership with the Safety Committee and employee owners.
- Maintain incident and accident logs and track corrective actions through to closure.
- Compile and communicate safety metrics and compliance updates to leadership on a regular cadence.
