  • Coordinating drug testing and background screening, including administering testing platforms and managing customer-required programs.
  • Monitoring Experitec's fleet management system — location, speed, and camera-based event data — on a set cadence, tracking trends and preparing regular reports for leadership.
  • Partnering closely with the Field Safety Manager to ensure systems and field execution are aligned.

  • A demonstrated ability to manage multiple systems, deadlines, and recurring processes with a high degree of accuracy and follow-through.
  • The ability to handle sensitive employee, medical, and compliance information with discretion and professionalism.
  • The ability to work effectively across teams — including field operations, HR, IT, and leadership — while supporting a shared safety mission.
  • The ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
  • The ability to work Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm with average schedule of at least three days per week in office and two days per week from home.
  • The ability to respond infrequently to employee questions and business needs outside of business hours.
  • The ability to drive for the company with a valid driver’s license and the ability to pass driving record background check.
  • The ability to utilize personal vehicle for the majority of work travel AND ability to rent a car when requested by supervisor for work travel.
