Safety Coordinator - ARC

About the role

Ensures implementation of all IES and Client safety activities. Conducts frequent jobsite inspections and ensures corrective action is taken to correct deficiencies. Works with foreman in planning how to perform non-routine job tasks safely. Participates in jobsite safety meetings and periodic attendance at foreman toolbox safety meetings. Conducts jobsite safety orientations. Assists in safety training as necessary. Conducts field training on all equipment for all employees. Assists in Hazards Recognition and corrections. Provides on-site first aid and CPR capabilities. Complies with all company and client safety policies and procedures. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year commercial electrical experience in a related position
• High school diploma or GED
• OSHA-30 Certification
• First Aid/CPR/AED/Bloodborne Pathogens Certifications
• Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check and MVR check
