Responsibilities

• Travel to jobsites to conduct detailed safety inspections
• Implement, administer, and maintain project Drug and Alcohol Substance Abuse Program
• Operate under OSHA regulations
• Develop and conduct employee safety and health training programs
• Manage project security contracts, programs, and policies
• Perform record-keeping functions
• Conduct incident and injury investigations
• Write detailed injury reports
• Complete all appropriate company safety program documents
• Monitor construction safety program administration
• Support continuous improvement efforts and the change management effects associated with the implementation of safety

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate, graduate, or doctorate program
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Ability to conduct oneself professionally in a business setting
• Exhibit strong organizational, time management, and detail-oriented skills
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in PC programs, including Microsoft Office
