About the role

We are immediately hiring a Safety and Training Supervisor in Warren, OH for our Supply Chain Solutions division.

Responsibilities

  • Lead site safety programs and compliance through SafetyNet, including Emergency Action Plans, Hazmat, and CTPAT requirements.
  • Maintain OSHA 300 logs and annual ITA submissions; support OSHA interactions when required.
  • Support incident and near-miss investigations by gathering information and completing reports.
  • Conduct daily safety walks, inspections, behavioral observations, and hazard observations.
  • Manage, audit, and support Forklift Training Program.
  • Conduct and track monthly/quarterly audits, inspections, and corrective actions.

Requirements

  • H.S. Diploma/GED
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics (Preferred)
  • 1 year or more in Driving PIT equipment
  • 3 years or more in Relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry-related field
  • 1 year or more in Training and/or leadership

  • Develops and delivers effective presentations
  • Demonstrates excellent judgment and decision making skills

Pay

Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month Annual Salary Pay: $70K

Schedule

Mon-Fri, day shift. Must be flexible to work other shifts as needed.

Summary

The Warehouse Location Safety Supervisor is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring safety policies, procedures, and programs to ensure a safe working environment for all employees within the warehouse. This role ensures compliance with OSHA regulations, industry standards, and company policies while fostering a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement.
