About the role

The Warehouse Safety Supervisor is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring safety policies, procedures, and programs to ensure a safe working environment for all employees within the warehouse. This role ensures compliance with OSHA regulations, industry standards, and company policies while fostering a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead site safety programs and compliance through SafetyNet, including Emergency Action Plans, Hazmat, and CTPAT requirements.
  • Maintain OSHA 300 logs and annual ITA submissions; support OSHA interactions when required.
  • Support incident and near-miss investigations by gathering information and completing reports.
  • Conduct daily safety walks, inspections, behavioral observations, and hazard observations.
  • Manage, audit, and support Forklift Training Program.
  • Chair and train the Safety Committee; oversee Behavior-Based Safety and GoodCatch programs.
  • Oversee Workday safety training compliance and ensure completion of all required courses within site timelines.
  • Conduct and track monthly/quarterly audits, inspections, and corrective actions.

Requirements

  • H.S. Diploma/GED
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics (Preferred)
  • 1 year or more in Driving PIT equipment (Required)
  • 3 years or more in Relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry-related field (Preferred)
  • 1 year or more in Training and/or leadership (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Office Intermediate (Required)
  • OSHA 30 Intermediate (Preferred)

Pay

  • Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month
  • Annual Salary Pay: $65,000 - $70,000 per year based on experience

Schedule

  • 1st Shift: Monday - Friday: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
